Rewards Program

Luscious Lashes is a participant in the Luscious Inc rewards program.

The intention of the program is to reward loyal customers for their support and for customers to be in a position to accumulate value based on purchases from a number of participating brands.

Participation is open to any natural or legal person that purchases products from Luscious Lashes. Other participants in Luscious Inc are:

  • Luscious Lenses
  • New World Health Systems,
  • Luscious Locks

The following brands are available via New World Health Systems:

  • Xtenshines
  • Spraytan - coming soon
  • and more will be added in the months to come

Terms and conditions

  • Customers will accumulate cash-backs in a virtual kitty based on orders placed with Luscious Inc participants.
  • The cash-backs have no value outside of the Luscious Inc program.
  • Cashbacks are awarded on any order of R500 or more (excl VAT and freight).
  • The standard cash-back allocation applies to any order in excess of R500 before VAT and Freight costs and after any discounts or rebates.
  • Cashbacks may only be redeemed against products on offer via Luscious Lashes once the accumulated cash-back value is in excess of R100.
  • Certain items or services available via Luscious Inc will be available on promotion from time to time. In order to get access to these promotions, the participant/customer agrees to receive electronic communication advertising these promotions.
  • Cashbacks accumulate in the name of the payor.
  • Cashbacks may not be pooled between payors.
  • Cashbacks may only be redeemed by the payor in who’s name they have accumulated.
  • Cashbacks are awarded once per order
  • Cashbacks are allocated on receipt of full payment for the order.
  • Cashbacks are reversed in cases where product or service refunds are issued.
  • Cashbacks cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cashbacks expire 12 months after the date of accrual.
